    hello everyone,

    I have a problem when i make an achievement the pop out doesn't appear but at my gamescore appear i tried in configuration but it is correct they should apper also i check my software version and i dont need any update

    Can anyone help me to solve it

    My gamerscore resets its self

    i recently bought battlefeild 3 and have been palying it for a few days now and i have unlocked some online achivements for it. but the other day i unlocked an achivement for it and went to veiw it in the achivement list and it says i do not have any achivements
    unlocked for it and i have no gamerscore atall. i found this really strange and went back to the dashboard and it still said i had 0 gamerscore and my avatar was not showing but i was still singed in. I signed out and back in again and my gamerscore was back
    to normal minus the achivement i had just unlocked for the game. also when i go to play battlefeild online as soon as i get into a game. the message pops up saying achivement unlocked. and it resets my gamerscore again. i would apprecaite it if anyone is able
    to help and knoes what i can do or has it happend to anyone else.

    P.S i have never modded or tampared with my account,gamerscore or xbox in anyway so i have no idea whats goin on

    Edit: Big thanks goes to RiotScript we got our achivements now got to finish other achivements. Im just wondering how to get the Desperado, Look Ma two Hands, Down but not out achivements.

    Hey there Kikebarriga,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

    First open the notifications tab on the console and make sure to clear out any notifications you see so we can start fresh.

    Then try the following.

    1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

    2. Remove your profile from the console.

    3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

    4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications, then test to see if the notifications are popping up again.

    If that doesn't work, let's try to clear the Alternate MAC and see if that helps.

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Under Network click on Network Settings

    3. Click on Advanced Settings

    4. Click on Alternate MAC address

    5. Select Clear

    Your console will then restart, after the restart go ahead and try to see if it works for you then.

    Let us know how it goes!
