Achievments will not unlock after following support

Sorry you're having issues with your achievements. If its stuck on "Unlocking", then you shouldn't need to redo the achievement, and you will eventually get the credit for it. Check out this post and follow the steps. If it doesn't unlock after following
the steps fill out the survey located at the bottom.

Sorry about that, Ben. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again or contact the game support for further troubleshooting.

Sorry you're having issues with your achievement. I would suggest following the steps in this thread. If the achievement is still not unlocked after that fill out the survey at the bottom of that link. That said most achievements unlock themselves after
a bit, and sometimes they get more or less "stuck" and you need to wait it out. Either way you'll get it

Thank you so much for the quick response. The number 21 is anecdotal. I had completed about 10 achievements after unlocking the first tier (1 achievement) and never saw the quest getting updated. I was really getting in to DMC so just kept playing and unlocking
more achievements and after a week or so saw the "5 achievement" tier unlock. I would say it was close to 20 achievements when it unlocked.

If in-game items aren't appearing after the achievements unlock, let's actually get you on contact with
Capcom support. I misunderstood and thought that the achievements weren't unlocking for you.
