Achievments not unlocking

My achievments arent unlocking. Ive been on microsoft support chat ive been on the phone with thier support line and so faar ive done a bunch of crap that hasnt helped me. They told me to post here

Achievement wont unlock in Wolfenstein: The New Order

My achievment not unlocking either. Not good. Iv seen loads of people talking about their achievments not unlocking on various games. is it the developers fault or xbox?

 

Dark Souls, Dark Lord Achievment not unlocking!

Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Lord Achievment not unlocking. Finished the game and nothing! What now? Please, help!!!!

 

Also ive gone online and it shows nothing like I never did it. But ive completed the *** tutorial on resident evil 6 5 times and havnt gotten it. Im connected to live the internet and its been likeb4 months still no achievments. Ive removed profile and redownloaded
it ive power cycled my xbox 1 ibe down all that

Achievements are being unlocked but it is a bug in the latest OS version i assure you that MS / Xbox got plenty of feedback on this topic and i assume they're working on a patch to fix this. Thanks,

 

Yeah I dont think thats an answer. Thats a blow off the loyal customer. I came to a time in my life when I had to choose ps4 or xbox one. I chose xbox one and got sc.rewed. my achievments dont unlock and no support anywhere can help me they just redirect
me. Also I get an email saying I have $2 credit. That email showed yp on march 11 2016. It says I have to redeem it before decwmber 31st of 2016. I try to redeem it and it says its expired and help desk says sorry it. Expiredbjanuary 3 2016. Every where I
go im told oh go here they will help. That is stupid. Why did they ever maje the achievments an online thing thats asking for problems. Xbox one has been a downgrade to the xbox 360. Also half the games I own I have to rebuy? Yeah fat chance on that.

And the $2 that you see will need to be brought up with a official Xbox live representative via chat, call since it involves billing / account info

You do not have to repurchase games if already bought through digital download. It'll be tied to your Xbox live profile and can be re-downloaded at anytime. Unless you do own the disk copy of a game and the disk does get damaged from Water damage, Scratches
on the disk and cracks etc.

And large amount of users have replied to these forums with the achievement bug and all we can provide is basic troubleshooting and the OS problem which is already known to be a OS Firmware problem.

Like ive said ive done everything on that list. I talked in person with someone about the credit. And I was refferring to the 360 games that are not backwards compatible as far as repurchasing games

 

Then please wait for a new OS version to be released. Are you currently in the preview program? If so i recommend posting in the preview forums. And the 360 games are the same as Xbox one they'll be tied to your account and can be installed at any time.

 

No dragon age inquisition will not install on ny xbox one. I have to rebuy it or play it on the 360. And ive no idea what the preview program is so therefore I doubt im in it. And my borderlands game of thebyear I cantbuse any of the dlc on xbox one.

If you've followed the link above, and your achievements still are not unlocking please see this forum post. If the steps in that post do not work, please use the survey listed in Section 3 of that post so you can report the issue to Xbox.

 

Hey thanks Hydro Skillet for stepping it and providing some info on the issue

The DLC just checking is it installed have you gone to My games and apps - Hover over boarderlands - press the Menu button - click manage game - and the DLC should be on the right side of your screen make sure it's installed. If it is installed lets re-install
it then power cycle
the console if it still does not work lets remove your profile from the console and re-add it.

 

You guys dont seem to understand. My borderlands game of the year edition for 360 the dlc disc diesnt work in the xbox. And that link you posted was all the same crap. And xbox couldnt help me they directed me to this forum. And fyi its every profile on
my xbox one cant get achievments. And then72 hiur *** is outta the question because its been like 6 months since my achievments havnt been unlocking. So nobodody can help. Thanks for just reposting the same crap that doesnt help.

 

Hey there it seems as your getting a but frustrated lets try not to use inappropriate language in the forums thanks.

If that is the case with the borderlands disk then it is the disk and not the console. I cannot make the console forcefully read a broken disk, you can troubleshoot the disk reader / manager but that's all you can do if the game works on the 360 then the
360 seems to have read / manage the disk with no errors. You also need to take in mind that it also runs an emulator which will let you play backwards compatible games but at a slower rate then normal.

Trouble shoot disk manager / reader:
support.xbox.com/.../disc-error

And as for your achievements lets just try one account to see if it fixes it can you please remove the profile on the console and re-add it thanks.

 

The disc works fine all day long in the 360. And not in the one. Ive done all that stuff in the trouble shooting 47 different ways. You clearly dont understand at all and dont read what I said. Because Ive said about 5 times that ive done all that and it
doesnt work. So I am done trying because no one has any idea what they are talking about. The xbox support couldnt help me via chat or phone calls and you people keep telling me to do the same thing that ive already done like 14 times. I dont know why I even
bothered.
