Achievment unlock issues.

Hi, I have spoken to a support team member via chat and have been instructed to make this post.

None of my achievements are unlocking across any games on my Xbox One and my game progress is not being tracked either (time played, kills etc.) I have completed all 5 suggested solutions, hard reset, re downloading my account, and have met all the requirements
for the achievements to unlock, yet still nothing will unlock, This has been going on for about a month, maybe a month and a half.

I'd like to add that when I hit left to bring up the menu, my gsmerscore says zero and I cannot see any profile pictures.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Im having a problem with Destiny achievments, I have 3 that wont unlock and its been over 24hrs.

Anyone else having issues?

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

 

Hey Pumpy,

I'm guessing the issue has fixed itself? I can see gamerscore on your profile now, and can see your latest GTA achievements appearing without any issues Perhaps it was just a bit delayed for whatever reason

No the issue hasn't resolved itself, I haven't played GTA for months, I will have unlocked those achievements a while ago. Since then I have been playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Fallout 4, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, Halo 5 and more, no achievements
and no game progress tracking either,

 

I bought my Xbox One on the day of Release and achievements worked fine, it was justa few weeks after the release of NXOE my achievements stopped unlocked, tracking progress and other game progress will not track either such as kills or assassinations on
the friendlist leaderboards in the achievements area of the Xbox.
