Achievment not unlocking Final fantasy 15

Hello Xbox support. I have been trying to get this achievement to unlock called "A New Protagonist" in Final fantasy 15 and it just won't trigger. Any way to resolve this issue. My gamertag is

Didn't Get Credits For Pre-Order On Final Fantast XV

Preordered and paid for Final Fantasy XV (15) officially on the 19th. Have not received credits.

none of that has helped so far. I earned the achievement now twice i have done it and nothing for it to pop. I have the proof of it doing the deed for it to apprear. Its just so unfair for this to happen since its really hard to achieve this and i have done
so twice already.

I also have tried unlocking them on a friend's console and they didn't pop there so I don't think I need a factory reset.

I'm sorry to hear about the achievement issue. Read through our thread specifically regarding

trouble unlocking achievements. You'll want to follow each of the steps listed, in order. If nothing there works, be sure to fill out the survey listed in the last step. That information is collected and passed along to the appropriate teams for investigation.
That doesn't guarantee a resolution but the information is gathered up.
