Achievment issue

Hi, recently I unlocked two achievements for the original assassins creed to finish it off however when I list my achievements to look at them it says 42 out of 44. When clicking in to the game however there all there.

From asking this question in other places I have heard that there was an issue on the 31st july and that the only solution is to recover my xbox live account and then precede to unlock them again which is a problem in particular for one of them as it would
require me to restart the game, is there anything anyone can do about this?

Achievment issue

I have completed 25 challenges in halo 4 and But I have yet to receive the Achievement for it. Any solutions to the problem?

Hey there, bluestreak1987

Please try uninstalling your Account and adding the Account back onto your Xbox. This will not result in loosing any of your progress.

To do this, please: Go to Settings > Account > Add or Remove Accounts > Select your Account > Remove

Then restart your console by pressing and holding the guide button on your controller > restart.

Then sign back into your profile and a fresh copy of your account should be installed onto your Xbox Account again.

thanks it worked, removed profile and loaded up the game and the achievement's popped cheers

Sounds like a potential sync issue, I would suggest deleting and re-downloading the profile, I believe this may correct the issue

Glad it has worked. Yes, removing the profile is what I was wanting you to do as it generally clears a lot of these things up.

Seen this quite a bit lately.

It's not a Gamerscore reset.For some reason a few people have had some of their Gamerscore disappear but it has returned a few days later.

You can try removing your profile & re downloading it to see if that helps but if not & your Gamerscore hasn't corrected itself after a few days then post back.

Update: the issue has been resolved. I'm not not sure if it happened on its own, or someone fixed it. So, thank you if you did.

I am having problems with Ilomilo (WP). I unlocked two early achievements during a time where it was rumored xbox was down due to ddos.

Game: Ilomilo

Platform: Windows Phone

Name of Achievement(s): "gaining ground" (get to chapter 1) and "move on" (complete 6 levels on ch 1)

Unlocked on: I believe it was unlocked on 2/17/15 or 2/18/15

Troubleshooting Steps: I received the indication that the achievement was unlocked on my phone but it never synced with xbox.com. I went through and finished the later level achievements hoping that would force it to sync but that never happened. I also
tried deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling. I was able to re-earn the achievement but it still did not sync.
