Achievemnets

I downloaded and am playing Fallout Shelter. Though I am making progress (I have 32 dwellers, many rooms, have merged three rooms, etc) no progress is showing in xBox live and there is no progress toward achievements or any achievements
earned. (I am having the exact same issue with MS Ultimate Word Games.) I have reset the app and had it log back into xBox. I have removed my gamer profile from the 360 and redownloaded it. I have rebooted the pc. And still no progress shows. I also
ensured the the connected user experiences service is running (and has been this entire time).

Short of resetting the pc and reinstalling all the programs (which I really do not want to do, because of Office, and Turbo Tax, and all my programs and data...

Please help. I tried a live chat with MS support and they suggested I come here to the xBox gurus. (I also posted under MS Bingo because that game shows achievements earned in the game but those achievements are not showing on xBox live and no one has responded.)

All the achievement issues started about two weeks ago. The only game not having issues right now is Age of Empires, but only because I can play it from my phone so the achievements are unlocking from my phone. Which to me points to an issue with the pc.

Will we ever see leagues, or ladder ranks etc?

he has previous gears achievemnets, so he isn't allowed to play casual versus.
