Achievements?

Today, I came home and signed into Xbox Live and checked my achievement list. I noticed that a game that I had never played before, and don't own, was on top in the most recently played game spot. I don't know how, who, when, or where this happened but I
really don't intend to play the game that is mysteriously in my achievement list. Is there any way to remove the achievements that have been earned by the achievement poltergeist? I will move through the proper channels if I have to contact the support team
or another section of Microsoft but I really do not want these achievements on my profile. Thanks in advance for your help and have a nice day.

Achievements appear in different language

Hi, the achievements of the game "For Honor", appear in different language than English even though the device game and region are not set to that language. They are set for English but still the achievements are not changing. I have no idea what achievementsi
have unlocked and what i need to do in order to unlock others. Is there any way to fix that?

 

Sorry but once you earn an achievement on a game it can never be removed from your games played/achievement list.

Someone must have played the game while signed in with your profile,games don't just appear on your played list with unlocked achievements.
