Achievements

For some reason my Xbox has stopped tracking all achievements for any game. Noticed this when i was playing a game and completed an achievement but didn't receive it. Several games act like i have never played it at all, they say i haven't made any progress,
haven't got any kills but still shows how long i've played and thats it. I've already tried hard resetting, deleting the profile and redownloading it, deleted the saved game, nothing seems to work. Its also affecting the other profiles on the xbox.

As selfish as this sounds, I'm relieved I'm not the only one with this issue. I don't know how long this problem has been present because I just started playing again but it's been happening for a least a week for me. Not a single achievement has unlocked
for me after completing the bonus episode for Hitman, and I realized it wasn't just a single game once I completed the first episode for telltale's batman. I'm assuming the issues with live'd core services might be a factor. We should wait until that's resolved
before trying to fix anything, considering the basic troubleshooting steps haven't worked for me either.

 

Also I just noticed... on the forum here it shows my last game being played is RDR. Haven't played that in awhile, and I've played others since. Maybe our profiles haven't been synchronized with the servers properly.

Yeah it is annoying, but it'll probably resolve itself eventually, even if it takes awhile.

 

My achievements are popping on this site and through the xbox one app on this PC but not on the console itself sorta. I say sorta because some will just disappear of the achievement list (they opened but no notification popped) and some just stay locked
even though they are opened here and on the app.

Microsoft fix your crap.

 

For me its acting like i haven't even played the game. For example, it says i've played Borderlands the Presequel for almost 20 hours, but i'm at 0% progress and 0 everything else, so according to the game i've spent almost 20 hours in the beginning location
doing nothing at all

 

Same here. Says I've played 2 hours of telltale's Batman but no achievements. I'm starting to get ***.

By checking Xbox.com, it looks like a couple of you have been unlocking achievements fairly recently, are you continuing to experience this issue?

For troubleshooting achievements, the best place to go is our
Achievement Troubleshooter. If there are any scenarios where there are no Xbox One achievements popping at all across multiple games, the best step is to

Restore your Xbox One to Factory Settings to resolve the issue. Note if those specific scenarios occur, you may need to go back and re-earn any missed Achievements.

I've gone through all of those trouble shooting steps listed, still won't unlock any achievements.

Did you Factory Restore following the steps on the page linked above? If so, the next step will be to go back and re-attempt the achievements that did not originally unlock. This solution will not unlock any previously attempted achievements. I recommend
going back through Batman to find an easy achievement to unlock to test it out.

I reset my console back to factory default today, and I tried launching a game but I messed something up during the process and have to re-install games that were originally on my external hard drive. Once it's ready to launch I'll give it a go, hopefully
that'll fix the issue, considering I've tried everything else I can think of.

I have a question though, could it be a bug caused by backward compatibility? On this very page, under my GT and avatar, it's only showing the past 5 games I played on my 360, it doesn't show any of the games that I've actually last played. Hitman, Batman....
not showing up. So maybe something isn't syncing properly.
