Achievements : Wouldn't That be Nice?

I'm asking for it... It would be nice to be able to ''Hide'' the Unwanted games on our Achievements List. This would be Awesome and we wouldn't have Freaking Challenges related to those games in our Main Achievements Page.

Please, Do like Sony and let us ''Hide'' the Unwanted games from our List.

Achievement Problems

Okay well for those that like there achievements I wouldn't advise doing anything further until Microsoft fixes this, hopefully the achievements we unlocked will still be able to be redeemed.

The best way to get Microsoft to notice you suggestion would be to post it on the
Xbox Feedback site.

 

This question has also been asked about 230423 times and every time we all agree it would be a bad idea. You shouldn't have played the game if you didn't want it on your gamercard. Go back and get all of the achievements in that game, if that is what you
are concerned about.

 

We don't "all" agree on that at all.

 

Sorry. The "vast majority" of us understand and feel this would be unnecessary.

 

If "necessary" were the primary driving force behind decisions in the video game world, there wouldn't be a video game world to begin with. It's an option some people want, a pretty large number of people at that, if the question has been asked 230423 times.
Seriously though, if it's being brought up so much, a lot of people must think it's a good idea. Just because the people that post most often disagree doesn't discount the validity of all those other opinions.

 

Such a trivial matter. I also agree that if you don't want a game on your gamercard, don't play it.

 

And how is someone supposed to know what they think of it before playing it? And, before anyone chimes in with the "use a silver" account, what about games like Titanfall, where online play is either the big draw, or the entire game? What then? Make another
gold account just to try out games? No thanks.

 

I honestly see both sides of the argument here this option isn't required to enjoy the service but on the other hand it's been recommend enough that there's clearly a substantial group of people that feel it would make their experience at least somewhat
better. It's not like adding the option to hide games will affect those of us who don't want to use it so why not give it to those who do want to use it?

 

Only if MS does this: They should charge $5 for each title you hide. You should lose any GS/Avatar Awards in those hidden games. Then have to pay another $5 if you change your mind and go back and get achievements and decide you want it to show on your card
now.

$9.99 for a month of gold to try Titanfall on your alt account doesn't sound so bad now does it. A really hardcore achievement hunter will keep a Silver Alt around for couch-co-op achievements & boosting. Why not use that 2nd account that's gonna pick up
a few oddball achievements here & there to play that game you're not sure about. Even if you have to throw an extra $10.

Quit being ashamed of quitting crap games. Quit being ashamed of playing something you enjoy. Even if it is Damnation, Vampire Rain or CoD.

 

Not a feature that I would use, but like InfamousRunaway suggested, post this idea in the feedback section and if enough people vote for it you may get it.
