Achievements won't work

The Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is not giving me the achievements even though I beat the game with 96% completion of all side objectives. My consol is online and has no problem connecting to Xbox Live. How can I fix this?

Hey there -

Sorry to hear about the issue. Take a look at the support thread we have for
achievement unlocking issues and try all of the steps suggested in that thread, in order. Don't forget to fill out the survey at the end if nothing works. Do note that this is not a guarantee that things will be fixed however the information is passed along
to the appropriate teams for them to investigate.

my achievements won't work

my achievements won't work, no matter what game I play I can no longer gain achievements, I have deleted and redownloaded my account, cleared Xbox cache, played multiple games, waited for Xbox new update, even played through an entirely game and not had
one achievement gained from it even the completion achievements but i clearly have the save for the game completion, this is happening on my Xbox one console and has been an on going issue for over 6 months, please if anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate

If you're noticing that no achievements are unlocking across multiple games, you may need to perform a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One. With this method, you may need to re-earn the achievements that were missed.

If some have unlocked, but there are specific achievements that have not unlocked after completing, please run through each and every step on our

Achievement Troubleshooter. If you run through each step including waiting for three days, please be sure to fill out the survey so that data can be passed to the proper teams.

Can you say which achievements won't work? I know a handful of achievements cannot be unlocked unless playing multiplayer, single-player, etc. Just name a couple games that won't let you get achievements?

I have the same problem still. The 2 video ones had problems at first but they eventually worked. However the achievement one still won't track. Everytime there has been a Gears 5 reward it has always screwed me on the achievement tracking one. I've earned
3 this week and still won't track.

Ironic thing is that the monthly quest for getting 3 achievements has worked, so it knows I've done the achievements.

It won't work. Those achievements are written to the game profile/gamertag and CANNOT be unlocked again. You will see these achievements as greyed out icons with a full progress bar under them in the Extras -> Accomplishments option in the main menu. Starting
a new game won't work as there is NO known method of deleting the progress from a Gamertag.
