Achievements Won't Unlock

My issue is that my achievements won't unlock and the progress for them still shows 0% for Mass Effect Andromeda. I started playing it last night on release with two other friends and before jumping into multiplayer, we all decided to complete the Training
Mission first. After completing the Training MIssion, both of my friends unlocked the "Early Access" Achievement for 0G. I however did not. I didn't think anything of it and we went onto playing multiplayer for a few hours. After getting off the game, i went
to my achievements list and looked at my progress towards them. A few of them are "Kill 2000 enemies", "Revive 25 teammates" etc. My progress showed 0% for everything! I also checked where it shows my time played and a few other stats for the game such as
"head shots" and "enemies killed". My time played showed 4 hours and 30 mins, while my head shots, enemies killed, and all the other stats showed 0! A few days earlier on Ghost Recon Wildlands i had been unable to unlock the achievement for "Skydiving 10
times" and "Spotting 100 enemies with Binoculars", but for that game, the achievement progress is frozen at 10% for the Skydiving and 24% for Spotting 100 enemies with Binoculars. I am 100% confident that i have skydived over 10 times and spotted well over
100 enemies with binoculars. The troubleshooting i have done is removing my account from my xbox one and reinstalling it, hard resetting my xbox, and completely unplugging it from the outlet and the power brick. The Xbox Support representative told me to
add this post to the forums and see what the community or the support team can do for me.

Achievements won't unlock!

I haven't had any achievements unlock on WWII since 11/4/2017. (It's only call of duty WWII that this is occurring on). I completed the campaign on veteran and only got achievements up to Champagne and Caviar ( complete the Liberation mission) I'm also prestige
3 for multiplayer but havent received the achievement for prestiging.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so has any ways to fix it been found?

I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

Maybe the game uses the same achievements system you have on your phone and won't unlock the same achievements again but for achievements you haven't unlocked will appear on your profile.

Once the achievements are locked, they won't be unlocked again.

To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
for a couple days.
