Achievements won't unlock.

so about a year ago i noticed my achievements weren't unlocking, i thought i just wait it out. the problem didn't sort itself. i have countless examples across at least 5 games where achievements haven't unlocked. for example "reach level 30" in the division...
i've done that... no achievement. i know it's not me not completing the criteria for the achievements because i've looked at websites and tutorials when i thought it was me being dumb. i cannot recollect any changes that could have sparked this regarding any
connectivity issues or hardware damage. as far i i know xbox decided to just not unlock achievements. i've tried a menagerie of options, even contacted xbox support, none turned any useful information. if theres any suggestion to what i can do it'll be appreciated

I haven't had any achievements unlock on WWII since 11/4/2017. (It's only call of duty WWII that this is occurring on). I completed the campaign on veteran and only got achievements up to Champagne and Caviar ( complete the Liberation mission) I'm also prestige
3 for multiplayer but havent received the achievement for prestiging.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so has any ways to fix it been found?

When you reach section 3 make sure to fill the survey. After that keep playing as normally until the achievements start rolling out.

i did actually find the link ages ago and tried the steps but the problem is in the questionnaire it wants me to put the achievements down individually, after a year of playing games without achievements i cannot name them all let alone remember the ones
i am owed. i did put a few i was certain of but nothing happened to that either. it seems it went straight to the ether. i will fill out again however. cheers

In the case where you're noticing that no achievements are unlocking at all, we've found that

Factory Restoring your Xbox One console resolves this. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps' to avoid having to install everything back onto your Xbox One.

Unfortunately, this does mean you will need to go back and re-earn achievements that did not unlock before. I suggest picking a game with an easy to earn achievement to test.

hi guys update time.

so i reset the xbox and selected keep games and apps. once i got back on i went on destiny to check if my achievements were unlocked. heres the thing its quite strange. about 3/4 hours into the play through i got one achievement like it popped up and everything.
the achievements were unlocked on destiny but i'm sure it didn't add it to my gamerscore and on the community section it says i only unlocked one even though it says most are unlocked. the other games i went on to check didn't have the achievements unlocked.
so its one achv on destiny and the rest weren't added but are completed. it might update on the next xbox update however but unless wee have anymore suggestions i can try them. i also plan to check for updates later today. cheers guys
