Achievements won't unlock?!??

Discus and support Achievements won't unlock?!?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing the witcher 3 wild hunt and I have beaten the campaign but I have no achievements to show that I have beaten the campaign any help...     Achievements won't unlock?!??


    I have been playing the witcher 3 wild hunt and I have beaten the campaign but I have no achievements to show that I have beaten the campaign any help on how to fix this issue

    Achievements won't unlock

    So I have synched every viewpoint in london and even gotten level 1 loyalty with all associates so I should have the broad base achievement and the chimney sweep achievement. I also should have the new terror of whitechapel achievements since all my skills
    are unlocked and both Evie and Jacob are level 10.

    Achievement Won't Pop

    I am trying to 100% Call of Duty and the "Dominion" achievement for winning 5 multiplayer games won't pop for me. I've won numerous games as well as placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd multiple times. I don't know if I'm missing something or it's just broken right now.
    if someone could help that would be great. Thanks.

    Achievements and Challenges    ? Additionally, please do check the Achievement Unlocking thread and complete the survey—your information will be recorded
    and will be passed along to the proper teams to take a look at it.

    Stopped earning achievements when Cortana is on

    I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

    Maybe the game uses the same achievements system you have on your phone and won't unlock the same achievements again but for achievements you haven't unlocked will appear on your profile.

    To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
    for a couple days.
