Achievements won't pop up for Master Chief Collection

I've just recently completed the Halo: CE Anniversary campaign for the Master Chief Collection, and for the last half of the campaign the achievements didn't pop up or ever register that I had gotten them. I had even saved on one level, backed out, quit
the game and turned it back on to resume the game, for it to start me on the next level and say I had beat the past level, though I hadn't beat it. Please help. Thanks!

I have the master chief collection installed on an external drive and played the level regret the achievement did not pop for beating the level

Sometimes achievements can take up to 72 hours to sync back up, It is quite common to see this now and again. I had to wait 3 Weeks for 1 Achievement from the Halo Master Chief Collection to pop

 

I am having a similar issue. None of the halo ce achievements will pop up for me.

 

Hello Kuczewski, there seems to be a System error right now with Achievements not unlocking. Don't worry you're not the only one having these problems and Xbox are working very hard to resolve this problem.

I would recommend you keeping an eye on this

I would say when these problems are resolved your problem will be resolved.

 

I'm also having this problem. Its showing my progress and said I've 100% completed an achievement but will not pop. I did have one achievement pop for me. Also I didn't think of checking the Xbox live status online last night because I assumed it might of
been a problem on 343's side was there a status alert last night? Also I had been having trouble playing coop campaign a lot of connection time outs and glitching can anyone tell me whether or not that's a problem on there's or my end? Thanks.

 

Hey there guys

343 are aware of the issue regarding achievements not unlocking and are working to resolve the issue. You can find more information on the below link. Signing in and out of your account after power cycling your console (holding the power button for 7 - 10
seconds to turn off the console) usually fixes the problem, however until 343 fix the issue on their end we may be left waiting for a little longer.

*Update*

Some of the achievements have now unlocked, which is great news! But as of today I put my game in the disc tray and my console made some weird noises, and displayed "insert disc". I ejected the game and tried putting it back in a few times to no prevail.
I then recycled my console to see if restarting it would help, but every time I put MCC in, it would make weird noises and display "insert disc", while other games would continue to be read and played. Any suggestions?
