    Achievements: why are they not showing ?


    So we have two xbox ones , the one xbox is the day one xbox and shows off the achievements while the xbox we bought a year later doesnt show any at any stage . We seen this with black ops 3 and now with the division . So to cut a long story short how do
    we fix this !!!!!!!

    Any advice will be greatly appreciated .

    Achievements out of sync

    Hey Kush! Are these achievements showing on the console and/or Xbox.com, or are they not showing up anywhere?

    Vixie: Are they showing up on your console but not Xbox.com?

    Achievements won't unlock

    To add to that, you only need to do the reset if you're having this issue with multiple games, and if they are not showing as "Done...Unlocking" in the achievement app on your Xbox. If they are showing "Done...Unlocking" that is an issue with the achievement
    servers, and resetting your console won't help with that.

    Is it just the achievement pop up that's not displaying, or are the achievements not showing up in the achievement app either?

    I have the same issue. When I unlock an achievement, I don't get the notification on my xbox, but I do on the xbox app on my laptop. My gamerscore also does not update unless I sign out and then sign back in.

    I do have notification turned on, so that is not the cause.

    Good question. Seems wierd, doesn't it. I mean, I get that the 360 can't show One achievements, but I have no idea why they don't show up on the website.
