Achievements unlocking but Gamerscore not changing

Now I'm also losing gamerscore when unlocking achievements, I unlocked A 30G achievement yesterday and now my gamerscore is down that 30G on both the dashboard, the achievement app and, smartglass. The more I unlock the lower it goes.

If you cheated on your gamerscore, such as "unlocking" online-only achievements while offline, your gamerscore gets reset for all the achievements you had (even the ones unlocked legitimately). Your account will not be able to unlock any of those achievements
again, though you can still earn new achievements.

Good to hear. But how hard would've it have been for MS to tell us that themselves? No, they'd just rather lock the thread and pretend we don't exist.

This whole thing has completely soured my feeling toward Xbox. Despite my many years and thousands of pounds invested in it, I think I'm going to walk away next gen.

This is what happens when you farm all your support out to people who read off check sheets, other gamers and ‘Ambassadors’ as microsoft have done.

i’m getting nowhere in getting this solved like you. Maybe, as it seems it happening to people with Gamerscore in the 100s of thousands, they’ll get the message when we stop giving them our money.
