Achievements unlocked, but not displayed in summary screen?

Hello, all. I recently unlocked all 38 achievements for Dark Souls II; however, the summary of DSII in my achievement history still shows 36 of 38, with 920 GS out of a possible 1,000. As ashamed as I am to admit it, this discrepancy is bothering. Has anyone
else encountered this?

A couple of notes;

1. I have tried deleting and recovering my profile twice, but only from my console.

2. The two achievements that aren't displaying are the last two unlocked: the one for "collecting all hexes" (30 points), and The Dark Soul (the 100% achievement, worth 50 points). Both of these popped at the same time. I was connected to Xbox Live when
I unlocked this.

If anyone could help, I'd be eternally grateful.

The Walking Dead achievements not working..? (telltale)

I have all the achievements completed in The Walking Dead (telltale games) but the summary pages in the achievement screens says 32/40 - this also means my completed games currently reads 0, instead of 1.

When I go into the game's achievememts there are all 40 shown as unlocked, but go back a screen and the summary shows 32/40.

This game was completed months ago, btw, so it's not just a laggy update issue.

my suggestion is to follow the advice of chat support and contact EA for only the game publisher can assist you at this point
