Achievements unlocked, but not counted on Gamerscore!

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction...

I've just updated to WP10, and started up Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Surprise! It's counted all my previous WP8 Solitaire achievements! Awesome!

Problem - These achievements are showing as unlocked on my profile, but it isn't counting any of them in my Gamerscore or percentage. I've now unlocked 31/40 achievements in the details stats on xbox.com (including old and new achs), but my Xbox dashboard
is saying I've only unlocked 6 and currently at 11%.

I know it seems trivial - but I these incorrect stats are starting to bug me...

I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Signed-out/in of my account. Nothing seems to update.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how has it been sorted? If not, who do I need to shout at?

Xbox Achievements

Achievements should be syncing up properly again now.

well all the achievements i unlocked on 360 yesterday are unlocked in my list but not counted in the tally for the game on 360 or my gamerscore anywhere but on my 360 so my gamerscore on 360 is ahead of everywhere else. even unlocked an achievement this
morning and that one isn't counting anywhere it would seem. it shows on my xbox one but hasn't counted in my gamerscore so what the hell is going on is anyone's guess!

AlphaJax achievements unlocked but not counting

I am having a problem with one of the achievements in AlphaJax. I have the Bingo achievement unlocked from over a year ago but it is not registering/being counted in totals for the game. With this problem, my gamerscore is showing that I have the points
on my 360, but when I go to view them it shows it being shorted the points. It would be nice to find out why this isn't registering as counted but is already unlocked.

I have encountered this dozen of times. it seems like cross platforms don't talk like they should time to time. your best bet is just patience. I know when I play the same game on windows 10 PC and on windows 10 mobile and yes it might sync on say xbox.com
but doesn't show on my xbox app, or on my xbox dashboard, but other apps might see it like trueachievement.com

What you can try doing is doing a reset on your xbox. if its a xbox one turn it on and let it boot up and then hold the logo down on the console till it shuts off, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on and see if it shows up. Other wise you can also just
keep playing sooner or later or even with the next unlocked achievement it might pop the rest to show up.

Not sure what resolved it - I spoke with Xbox Support who said someone would look into it, and also gave it a couple of days (as suggested here -

forums.xbox.com/.../1958241.aspx)

Either way, after a couple of days, the points for the unlocked achievements suddenly added onto my GS!

What about achievements that unlock but aren't credited towards your progress? I've had two achievements in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare not "pop" but yet when I go into the Achievements app they show as being unlocked. Neither of them are counted towards
the achievement total or gamerscore for the game. It shows I have 41 of 50 achievements unlocked for 745 points but if I go through them individually I count 43 unlocked. Anybody seen this issue before?

If you're referring to the Gamerscore you earn for unlocking achievements. You cannot use the Gamerscore points to exchange for games or any other purchases. The Gamerscore is more a personal count for things you've done while playing on Xbox Live with
your account.
