Achievements unlocked, but gamerscore doesn't rise

Hello! I have a question about my last 6 achievements in Shark Dash (win8). Even if I got all the achievements, as reported in my profile, this games doesn't appear as "completed" and the gamerscore is 120/200, with 14/20 achievements unlocked: why? What
can I do to solve this issue?

Achievements unlocking but not being added to overall gamerscore.

Just started happening recently. Unlocked achievements aren't being properly added to the overall gamerscore. The achievement in question shows as unlocked in the achievement app, and the game shows the correct gamerscore unlocked (ex. 400/1000 like it should),
it just doesn't show on my profile's overall gamerscore.

 

My Gamerscore and Played Games Have Disappeared

I was playing the game Rise of Nightmares when out of nowhere "43 Achievements for 725 Gamerscore Unlocked" appeared on my screen (it is impossible to get this many achievements at once in this game, so I was shocked to say the least). This was the exact
amount of achievements and gamerscore I had in the game. After this happened all of my gamerscore, achievements and played games other than Rise of Nightmares disappeared.

I was at 409,000 gamerscore before this happened. And before someone says it, no, I've never cheated. If this was a case of having my gamerscore reset all of the played games would be on my profile with 0 gamerscore. (I just want to put this out there so
the thread doesn't get cluttered with unnecessary posts.)

Please look into this. I'm losing my mind right now.

 

Hi there, so can you see that the achievements are unlocked on this website? That is the best way to tell if they've definitely unlocked as whenever you download your profile it retrieves your information from here.

If you can see them on the website, I would suggest deleting your profile from the device and 're-downloading' or whatever it is you might do on a phone, you could also try this process on the Xbox 360 console too.

Hi Panoramix! DigitalAssassin is right! Sometimes it takes at least 24 hours for your actual new gamerscore to update due to server sync issues. You can also try forcing the system to update your gamerscore by earning another easy achievement.

You can see on
your profile here that you have all the achievements. Once you visit that page on your profile, you will want to wait 7 days. After that 7 days, your profile should show as having completed Shark Dash.

Post back after those 7 days and let us know what you see! If we need to, we can look into it further.
