Achievements unlocked but arent showing- HELP

Hope someone can help..



Last week i noticed on ssx and batmam lego 3 that achievements unlocked during the game werent showing on my gamerscore and under overall achievements?



Spoke to customer services last week and we removed and re added the profile and carried out diagnostics with no joy. He said leave it 48hrs and they may appear



A week later i spoke to cust services again as they still werent showing. After 20 mins he advised that there was a known issue but no idea of:

• How many users affected
• priority of resolving the issue
• timescales in fixing
• if i would be notified it had been resolved

I got given a call number and advised to hope for the best and call back next week?



After spending a number of years playing on the 360 gaining a good gamerscore to me its a big issue and the way its being handled is really poor.



Is anyone aware if the issue and can anyone help?

I cant earn achievements because my gamer scor wasn't reset

i think he just means achievements arent applying gamerscore correctly to his account. show theyre showing in an unlocked state but hes not seeing it reflected in the total

Which is because he was given a gamerscore reset. You can tell by looking through the achievements.

your profile here that there are definitely more achievements that you should have added to your gamerscore that isn't there.

Doing some math, it seems like only the first 3 achievements at the bottom there are what is added to your gamerscore, totally 60GS and goes with the page only showing 3 achievements as unlocked. Because the rest of the achievements were unlocked 5, 4, and
3 days ago, we have a couple more steps that need to be taken.

You've already waited the initial 48 hours, and I see that you earned achievements in other games a couple days ago. We're going to wait another 5 days to see if these achievements may pop on their own. If they do not pop, what I want you to do is post back
for me. We'll go to our next step if you are still having issues with this.

I really appreciate your patience with us while we work on getting you your achievements! Post back the results after the 5 days and we'll see what we're going to do from there.

From what ican see SSX is showing as 0 unlocked and 0 score when ive unlocked 3 acheivements which you can see when you go into the gane achievements. For batman lego it only shows 3 achievements when more have unlocked.

I'll leave it for a few more days and see what happens.

Hi there pamowsky.

Have you tried the basic troubleshooting step like deleting your profile, restarting your console and then redowonloading it? that would usually clear all the glitches on my console. Hope it helps.

if it won then as what Ms, Quinzel said, try to give it few more days.

Hi Missues Quinzel i'm havING the same issue with one achievement worth 300 GS if go on to the game it says I have unlocked it but if I look on the overall score of achievements it's 300 short. It's for Avatar the burning earth. I have tried redownloading
my profile with no joy there. Shall I wait? Cheers
