Achievements that have not unlocked

Hi there , I need help with 2 achievements that have not unlocked on my xbox one for Assassin's Creed Unity . They both show that I have 100 % completed the task needed to unlock them one which is a secret achievement with the name I Got Skills and
the second with the name Defender of Franciade , I have tried all of the troubleshooting that has been shown and advised to rectify the problem and game guides have been looked at to make sure I have not missed anything to help , but these 2 achievements
still remained done but locked. I really hope you can help with solution to the problem and look forward to a reply soon . Many thanks

I am not getting credit for achievements I have unlocked

I am not getting credit for the final 3 achievements I should have unlocked in "Assassin's Creed: Origins". Plus, a boatload of achievements that should have unlocked in "Shadow of War".

 

all of my achievements still not unlocking

I'm also having trouble with achievements not unlocking. I've played though Halo 5: Guardians to the end of the story on normal and unlocked no achievements, and have unlocked no achievements in Assassin's Creed: Unity despite being in Sequence 4. There
is also an achievement in Destiny that hasn't unlocked which should have, although Destiny's achievements have always been pretty glitchy.

forums.xbox.com/.../1958241.aspx then unfortunately there's nothing you can do at the moment besides waiting.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried all the steps from there as someone from Xbox support had advised me to do them first , but unfortunately with no success, was maybe hoping someone had tried another way that was not on the forums.Xbox. com .
It is frustrating and is boggling the mind to why but I hope at some point they will randomly unlock sometime soon, the waiting game it shall be lol . Many thanks again

Hey everyone,

I was having the same issues as you have all stated above. What fixed it for me was "Factory Resetting" the console (keep the games and apps) then downloading the profile and attempting the achievement(s) one more time. Hope this helps you guys out.
