Achievements still stuck "Done! Unlocking..." after four weeks plus

I earned two achievements in Halo Master Cheif Collection on June 5, 2015, and they are still stuck in a "Done! Unlocking..." state.

They are the "Do Tell" and "Attentive" achievements.

These particular achievements cannot be re-earned. They are two of about 30 similar audiolog achievements that can only be earned once.

I contacted xbox live support on June 30, 2015 to report the issue. They referred me here, and to the survey. I completed the survey for both achievements. It has been over a week and I have not had them unlock, and I have not gotten a response.

This is a recurring issue and I would like it addressed. The "No Pain No Gain" achievement was stuck "Done! Unlocking" for over 6 months, and it never unlocked until I played a new level on LASO which caused the achievement to re-trigger. So "waiting"
is not an answer. And I cannot re-trigger these two achievements. And regardless, an achievement earned needs to unlock. This was never an issue on the xbox 360 and it plagues games of all types. Its unacceptable that this is still a problem over a year
after the console launched.

Please review my account and unlock these achievements.

Achievements "Done! Unlocking..."

It was Monopoly Plus and Thomas Was Alone but woke up this morning and Monopoly Plus achievements have gone through but not Thomas Was Alone. Still stuck at "Done! Unlocking..."

Guess it's just a bit of a waiting game

 

Halo MCC achievements stuck at "Done! Unlocking..." since launch

So posting on here might get my achievements to pop? I have an unusually unique achievement issue. On January 8, 2015 I had "Done! Unlocking..." On 3 achievements (Knight in White Assassination, Departure, and No Pain, No Gain) after launching Halo MCC after
their Title Update additional achievements. The next day I guess I got Knight in White Assassination and Departure (I say I guess because they are no longer "Done Unlocking..." But they are also MIA (nowhere in my achievements) and 'No Pain, No Gain' is still
stuck at "Done! Unlocking..." 5 days later that one is still stuck and the other 2 are still MIA. Weird.

 

I've done everything I've been asked

I contacted microsoft xbox live support three times.

I rebooted my xbox.

I posted here on these forums.

I posted on halo waypoint forums.

I submited a survey for both achievements.

Whats next? Can someone at Microsoft please address this?

So does anyone actually look at these issues on a technical level, or is xbox support nothing more than a referral service to generic troubleshooting guides?

I'll say it one last time: I have done the guides, I've done the surveys, I've done all the troubleshooting steps that xbox support has asked me to do, several times. This is a technical issue within the xbox live cloud-based system, and I would like this
issue to be escalated to someone within the support team that can actually diagnose and fix the issue.

 

After much pushing, I was finally able to get a confirmation from xbox live support that this is a confirmed known issue and that 343 and the xbox live tech team are working on it. No timetable for resolution.

 

I'm having the same issue with an achievement for Batman: Arkham Knight. No one seems willing to help what so ever. It has been 3 weeks of back and forth. Support just directs me to the *** troubleshooting page, which I have tried several times. And then
tells me take the survey as if this will help it somehow. So I feel your pain. I just wish someone would answer the problem rather than just to make us feel ignored completely.

 

Hi folks,

once you have filled in the survey (found via the sticky at the top of the forum) all your info is sent to the appropriate people for review and investigation. Once that is complete, you will receive an email explaining the results of that investigation.

Bear in mind this might mean having to liaise with the developer which is what takes time. Until then there is nothing the support team can do but ask you to be patient.
