    Achievements still not unlocking. All options exhausted. What do I do?


    The game is Assassin’s Creed II in the Ezio Collection. The achievements are to pickpocket 1000 Florins and complete sequence 8.

    I have power cycled my Xbox, I have logged in and logged out, I have removed my account and added it back in, and I have even recompleted the requirements to unlock said achievements. Some that were bugged actually activated in regards to that last solution
    but these two seem to be permanently bugged.

    I have stolen thousands of florins and completed chapter 8 again. Xbox customer support via an agent in a chat room as well as over the phone have not been able to assist me despite several attempts of getting in contact with them.

    Please help. What do I do?

    In theory it should already be solved, I turn off your console completely and restart the game, as there were problems with the server they are probably still stuck in the queue

    You do know, that there are some issues at the moment with unlocking achievements? A lot of people have that problem.

    It seems to be hit or miss on which games are unlocking achievements.

    in my case I have three blocked and I have followed some tutorials but they are not unlocked, I think the only option is to wait for an update of the game, although they have been out for a while
