Achievements stating Unlocked 1/01/1753 when they were unlocked offline ect, ect

I have been going over my Xbox 360 Offline and Online achievement and I keep seeing an incorrect date mainly Unlocked 1/01/1753 on all my offline achievements apart from my online achievements which have the correct date I was playing them online before
getting off to go shopping and such.

I know I have completed all my games legitimately with no hacks, mods or anything that would break the Terms of Xbox LIVE, which I know thoroughly cause I read them, I got banned for 24 hours back in April pending an investigation in my achievements and
was assured that my gamerscore wouldn't be touched. I also found out that Bill Gates himself was pissed about it happening to legit gamers that have helped the Xbox LIVE Team in the past. Yes the Moderator's might know me from my OLD Gamertag before my new
gamertag and then the change of that gamertag cause it didn't suit me right. I had trouble with Assassin's Creed II with one achievement not unlocking correctly no matter how many times I played that same scene at the end to unlock it. I'm guessing this "Unlocked
1/01/1753" is something of an out of sync type bug for achievements that were unlocked offline, mainly due to Internet times of use, no internet cause of storms, internet provide not fixing the problem for a full week or Xbox LIVE going down for the day or
playing up on people which made me turned off my Xbox 360 and watch dvd's or blu-rays at the time.

I'm wondering if the "Unlocked 1/01/1753" is a bug that was going around which then in case caused a lot of people to lose their Xbox 360 Gamerscore even though my friends say I still have my gamerscore on the Xbox 360 at over 130,000+ yeah I worked hard
and long for those achievements on Xbox 360 including I was playing some of the BC game son Xbox ONE like Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, some of the XBOX Games on my Windows 10 Alienware Laptop like Dragon Mania which I got from the store when I upgraded and logged
in with my Xbox LIVE email and such that I use, oh yeah there was also Rare Replay games too like Vivia Pinta and such from the disc to download or install.

TrueAchievements accused me of hacking

on TrueAchievements.com, I went to post on one of the leader boards & they accused me of cheating/hacking. They said that it was because of improper dates stamps. When I looked @ a couple of the games that they mentioned, they had a date code of 01/01/1753.

One game Lego Pirates, had that date & normal looking dates. While a couple of other games have nothing but that 1753 date. All of the affected titles are from when I didn't always have a Live membership. When I googled it, it said that, that date was being
assigned to achievements that were unlocked offline around 2010, 2011, which would make sense, the timeframe matches up. But I also saw that I had online achievements unlocked w/ that date & a couple of completed titles that I have never played or owned. I
have to assume that this is what they were talking about, But I don't know anything about it. Please fix my account so that I can post & not be accused of being a cheat when I am not. Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter

 

Lost my gamerscore but still have achievements unlocked

I just noticed a lot of the achievements I have unlocked have the date of 1/1/1753 ? I think that might be one of the issues. How did my games glitch like that.
