Achievements showing 0%

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

You may need to restart your console:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
2. Select Restart console.
3. Select Restart.

If it's showing it at 0% on Xbox's website it's not a hardware issue, so console resets and redownloading profiles won't fix the issue. You may have to contact support.

Having the exact same issue. I've completed dozens of games over the last few months and all my percentages were perfectly fine. I started playing playing Shadow of Mordor 9 days ago and now all my Xbox One games are at 0% but my 360 titles have the correct
percentages. Hard restarted, removed and recovered my profile to my console and nothing changed. My brother check my achievements through the friends list and they're all at 0%. I checked my profile on Xbox.com and everything is at 0% except the 360 titles.
I've never seen this before and it is seriously heartbreaking

I'm sorry to hear about your Achievements showing at 0%.

I would first suggest removing your profile and redownloading your profile back onto your Xbox console.

I already tried this, it sometimes shows 0% other times the correct 0% is this something server side as it also done it for my friend a couple of times as well
