    Achievements show up on app only not unlocked on the console


    I was playing Ori and the Blind forest grinding the achievements list and I came upon an issue where I completed an achievement twice but it never showed on my screen and when I checked on console it was locked but when I check it on my phone on the Xbox app it says it’s unlocked. Same issue happens when I check the game achievements when compared to direct insider achievements to report the problem

    Achievements won't unlock

    To add to that, you only need to do the reset if you're having this issue with multiple games, and if they are not showing as "Done...Unlocking" in the achievement app on your Xbox. If they are showing "Done...Unlocking" that is an issue with the achievement
    servers, and resetting your console won't help with that.

    Whats happening??

    Depending on the console, if other people have been using the system, often apps will show up on the recent tab for other users even though they may not have played the app. Is the console this happening on set as is home console though? Should not be
    an issue if he has not unlocked any achievements as they will not show up in his played history otherwise.

    Same thing happened to me. I have 37/38 achievements, but it is only showing 36/38. On my Xbox app for my Android, it shows me not having the 'Clear the game with Kurisu' achievement, even though I have unlocked it. It DOES however, show up when I look at
    the game-specific achievements on my console, but only once I go into the Phantom Breaker screen.. it isn't registering when I open up and see the achievement score list for all my played games. It also isn't registering the 20 points to my gamerscore on my
    app, but it is on my console. It's really confusing and I hope they fix it soon. Annoying.

    ((Example: My GS to the left right now says 40142, when on my console, it says 40162, Gah!))

    Destiny cross-play achievements not unlocking/registering

    I am having the same issue. I've already unlocked 25 achievements on the 360 version.

    I launched Destiny on Xbox One for the first time today and it unlocked 3 achievements and then stopped.

    It is only showing 3 achievements on my profile but the achievements app shows that I unlocked 25.

    What is going on? Is this an Xbox server issue that will be resolved on it's own?
