    Achievements show as locked regardless of completing them


    I bought the handsome collection having already played borderlands 2 on 360. I then imported my old character to xbox one and started playing, then noticed no achievements were unlocking. I started a new character and completed the first mission and got
    to level 5, both of which have matching achievements, nothing unlocked. I then completed the pirate booty dlc, something I hadn't done on 360, still no unlocks. I had updated the game to the most recent patch and was connected to xbox live the whole time.
    The achievements do not show as completed but not unlocked yet, but are fully locked, even after redoing the criteria. Any fixes for this?

    Achievement progress reset across all games

    Another one here.

    - All progress reset to 0% in all games for all locked achievements.

    - Unable to unlock achievements or gain progress.

    - In Halo: Spartan Assault, completing an Assault Op challenge will occasionally show some progress (18%, but I have more than half of them completed). The next time I look, progress will be at 0% once more.

    I'm hoping progress will return and achievements earned right now will still unlock, seeing as I just did the "pulled harder" achievement in Titanfall.

    Certain achievements for Fallout 4 are not unlocking

    Hi,

    Apologies if this is not the right forum. I have finished Fallout 4 (No Mods & DLCs). But there are certain easy achievements that are still locked. A couple of them are MASSHOLE and WHAT'S YOURS IS MINE even though pip boy stats show that I have met the
    criteria.

    I have also checked online on xbox.com and those achievements appear as locked there too.

    Also, the achievement tracker app also does not show the progress of those achievements and simply shows them as locked. However, on xbox one home it says these are the closest achievements.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Achievements Not Unlocking

    Update: I have now 100% completed "Solid Goal, Baby" and that achievement has unlocked. The two achievements mentioned previously are still locked despite showing as 100% complete.

    Well my locked geolocated achievement for watchdogs popped last night but now my song sneak achievement for watchdogs is now showing locked after doing the 100% completion for it today.

    This online achievement system is really flakey to say the least

    Achievement still locked!

    Achievements that show up as 100% complete but haven't popped will be counted eventually.

    Sometimes it can take a few days for it to catch up and it'll happen regardless of what your console is doing or what game you are playing.

    Give it a few days and that achievement will show up correctly for you and show the date you originally unlocked the achievement as the date stamp.

    That may not be specific to CoD, it was happening to me last night playing Walking Dead. Achievements wouldn't unlock after completing them (no message and still showing locked) but would unlock later.

    I assume it's an issue on MS's end.

    Achievements are down... again

    my diablo 3 achievements for Above & Beyond and trade in didn't unlock for me. it shows that they are completed but are still locked. hopefully they will unlock when i get on later today to play. after the alert was over i did get two more achievements,
    but these two are still locked even though they are shown to be completed.
