Achievements on my Gamertag issue

Back in August 2014, when the servers were being worked on, I finished up the Kareoke Live acheivements and got the last one to post before I went to bed. However, when I was about to shut the system down, I noticed that suddenly 7 new games I've never played
and don't own appeared in my Achievements history with Achievements I've never unlocked. To top it all off, the system says 29 of 30 achievements unlocked for Kareoke Live, but the achievement page for the game shows all 30 unlocked. Is there anyway to fix
my system to show the correct information for my console? I've worked with customer support a few times, but they haven't been able to solve the problem...

"A Few Souveniers" Achievement doesn't unlock

I'm having an issue with the Jet Setter achievement

It has unlocked in game but hasn't been registered on my Gamertag

I have 15 achievements unlocked in game but 14 are showing on my Gamertag profile

I'm using a Nokia Lumia 830 is case that matters

Xbox vs Xbox 360

I prefer the xbox 360 the only problem tho was they broke down quick. But like the original xbox you cant get achievements on them . And I love achievement hunting Had to create a new gamertag where I had to start all over again tho as totally forgot all my info for old gamertag

Should not be a issue, Achievements are tied to the gamertag/account, regardless of the console.

I'm having the same issue, except with the "It's a trap" achievement on Titanfall for XBox One. I've completed it multiple times and it shows as completed but it won't unlock. I haven't had issues with other achievements not unlocking, just this one. I've
tried hard resetting my console, unplugging it for a few minutes, recovering my gamertag on another console and meeting the achievement requirements again and the achievement still won't unlock. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have the same issue, and its really annoying. Xbox needs to fix this. I want my feed to be clips and achievements not my gamertag change. So far there is no way to fix this.
