achievements not working

Discus and support achievements not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; There were some issues with TESO morrowind freezing up so I un enrolled to see if it would help any thinking if it did not then i could just go back...     achievements not working


    There were some issues with TESO morrowind freezing up so I un enrolled to see if it would help any thinking if it did not then i could just go back into the beta preview. The day I did this achievements stopped working but I did not notice right away. When
    I did chatted with xbox support and we did quite a bit but nothing has worked. I thought I had chatted with insider support but im not sure. This has been going on since the 6th. So far the along with other things console was reset with the save games and
    etc option, enrolled back into the preview program, reset again with save game option and then my profile was deleted on Tuesday.

    The only achievement that has worked during this time was one for a 360 game called skate 3. None of the xbox one achievements will open. I have my son setup under the family account and this was happening to him also. We tried to redo the halo2 ones since
    we had a save point right at the terminal you open for the achievement.

    achievements missing so far that i know of.

    Same story here-lost to Jade but still got the cheeve. Guess you just have to find her.

    Try removing cache. Put your finger on the console's power button for 10 seconds. Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.

    You also don't need to complete the Test Your Mights. I failed two of them and got the cheevo for beating the first game. Still trying to work on MK2 but it seems to have the most obnoxious AI in it. Oh well, I'll keep trying.
