    Achievements not working


    Hello,

    I own the World of Van Helsing DeathTrap game. My achievements were not working/tracking progress at all since I started playing. I looked at the achievements and noticed I had already done many of them or should have some progress tracked on them at least.
    I contacted support with case number 1379077780 and did some trouble shooting(Deleting local storage, removing account, etc). Only two achievements seemed to start tracking once we started trouble shooting and the achievements were based on character level.
    All other achievements and progress that I know should be complete or have some type of progress percent were still at 0%. I've been mostly playing the game over the past 2-3 weeks which is when most achievements should have been unlocked but weren't and
    still are not. My Gamertag is . It seems the achievements have been tracked since troubleshooting however, previous progress is still lost. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

    Same story here-lost to Jade but still got the cheeve. Guess you just have to find her.

    Achievements not working

    I am having the same problem with that game. Several achievements are glitched out for me and won't budge, including the trap counter, portal counter, and crafting. Others, such as star count and lvl 50, work fine.

    Try removing cache. Put your finger on the console's power button for 10 seconds. Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.

    You also don't need to complete the Test Your Mights. I failed two of them and got the cheevo for beating the first game. Still trying to work on MK2 but it seems to have the most obnoxious AI in it. Oh well, I'll keep trying.
