Achievements not working/unlocking?

I also can't view my achievements, each time I try to, it tells me "That didn't work, Sorry, give it another try". I have been playing State of Decay and gotten pretty far and haven't gotten the first achievement, so I looked them up and I should earned
several of them by now (story based). I don't know how long it's been going on for as I rarely use my Xbox anymore.

Same story here-lost to Jade but still got the cheeve. Guess you just have to find her.

Check this support link and follow the steps described:

In the section 3 make sure to fill the survey and fater that keep playing normally until the achievements start rolling again.

Does it show your achievements as unlocked or does it say "unlocking"?. What achievements are not working?

Microsoft is not able to 'unlocked' the achievements for you. Now that achievements unlocking is working for you, try earning the achievement in question again.

None of this has worked.

It almost needs an xbox representative to manually unlock the achievements... I can add pictures that show the achievement as unlocked in the game achievement details.

Hi TheGeekyBanana, achievements not unlocking is common with the Xbox One. Some users unlock them fine, while others don't. Microsoft are aware of the problem, and are working on it. Worry not, as your achievements will unlock eventually, I know as I
waited for achievements to unlock for Destiny, and they finally did a few days ago.

Hi MarcoHD,

When were you unlocking this achievement? As of yesterday morning, Xbox only just fixed issues with achievements not unlocking (30/4/20) and causing games to unlock achievements but not updating gamerscore or achievement progress for the game. My Fix is to
try again now to unlock the achievement to force an update or wait 72 hours when you unlocked it for it to update. Game servers are still trying to catch up with achievements unlocked over the last 4 days and this could be the issue.

Please update me on if this information helps or not and we will work this out together.
