Achievements not updating/ unlocking for any game!!! (3 months)

Hi!

I am encountering a problem with my xbox one and I've been told it is "rare". Over the past few months I have been unable to gain achievements and Gamerscore through playing xbox one games! When I compare games I haven't played before this problem, they
have none achievements unlocked despite having gameplay on them. For example, I purchased the Handsome Jack collection before Christmas, and first played it a couple of weeks ago, when I view the my gaming stats for that game on the achievements app, it shows
I have 2+ days gameplay but haven't fired a single shot nor killed an enemy. Even though I have.. I am level 16 now and haven't obtained the achievements for reaching certain levels such as 5 and 10, that's when I first noticed things were going wrong. I went
back and checked my achievements for games that I had been recently playing and discovered that Fifa 16 was also not updating the completed achievements. I have also played fallout 4 d noticed that I have not had any achievements in a while, and now it's seeming
permanent. I can obtain achievements through playing backwards compatibility games such as gears of war on my xbox one, just not on any xbox one game! Also, on signing in, it takes me to home and I have noticed that the upper left corner states "sign in" with
a blank default picture, when I am signed in! This should normally show your gamerpic, gamertag plus the Gamerscore and how messages are in my inbox, but it does not for me, and I'm wondering whether or not this has something to do with my problem and if anyone
else has had the same thing happen to them! Please help as my gaming experience has suffered and I would like the problem to be resolved as I have been waiting for months!!

Achievements not unlocking

Achievements that I clearly should have have not been given to me. My account is not updating my achievement progression, and I have not been unlocking any achievements for any games. A few games that I should have achievements for but don't are Battlefield
4, Star Wars Battlefront, Tom Clancy's The Division, Need For Speed, and Tron Evolution.

Activity feed not updating

For two days now my activity feed is not updating. My achievements are not showing there unless I manually share them and I don't see any of my friends' achievements even though I know they're unlocking them.

Hmm Alright sir/ma'am if i were you delete and download your profile again okay if this still persists contact the Xbox support team and send them feed back.

Sorry, i have tried also this multiple times. I got in contact a few times with the support team who then suggested that they refer me for higher inspection and they would email me to discuss options on how to fix this annoying problem because my stats
don't show either it means i don't get a grasp of how much progress i have made on games.

I'm having a similar problem this month with the ID@XBox quest. You need to unlock four achievements in ID@XBox games; I unlocked four in Human Fall Flat. The individual quests (one for each achievement unlocked) all have the green checkmark with the word
"complete", but when I try to click the box to claim the 400 reward points, nothing happens. I've unlocked several achievements in another qualifying game since then- Manual Samuel. Still nothing.

I had a problem with one of the quests from a few months ago that asked you to unlock an achievement in any Game Pass game, then to unlock five more in any combination of Game Pass games, and finally to unlock fifteen more achievements in any combination
of Game Pass games. The quest was worth 600 points. The final box (for unlocking 15 more achievements) never showed as completed. I kept trying all month, expecting it to say "complete" with each new achievement I unlocked, but it never did. I checked
my progress for the month on True Achievements, and found out I had unlocked 75 achievements in Game Pass games for the month, but I missed out on the 600 reward points. I don't think waiting a few days will make a difference. I hope I'm wrong.

If you have already unlocked three achievements then it should be registered. Now you just have to wait for the quest to unlock. Mine unlocked this week without any problems but the last time I had to unlock four. And months ago when there was a quest
to unlock one achievement for any game I think I had to get about ten. I guess it all depends on how many people are online and how many achievements are unlocked at the time you unlock yours.

There are achievements but the actual achievement list isn't live yet for some reason.

Just play the game & you'll unlock the achievements,i've unlocked 3 already.

There aren't any missable ones if the achievement list is the same as the PS Trophy list.
