Achievements not updating after playing offline

Hi, I've just moved house so I've had no internet for a few weeks and have been playing games offline.

I read that the achievements will update when i connect to the internet but this didn't happen

I've spoke to online chat and I've factory rested my Xbox one to get them to work, that didnt work and was told to contact you on here

Offline achievements not updating after returning online.

I completed the final gold crown achievements in Monster Hunter World while not knowing I was offline. The achievements are completed in game but not on my gamertag. It's been 72 hours I have contacted xbox support via chat and phone which has not gotten
me anywhere. I was even told to go to trueachievements did so and they say right on there support page talk to xbox support.

Things I have tried that haven't worked:

-hard reboot

-logging in and out of my profile

-deleting saved game data on console and syncing with cloud file save

-unplugging and waiting 1-2 minutes then plugging back in

-removing profile from console then adding it again

-going to achievement section on console

I really don't want to do a factory reset on my console but I would try it if it would fix this issue. If anyone has any info that might help please let me know. I know it's just a number on my gamertag but it's just the idea that gets to me. That something
so simple can not be fixed by anyone on the xbox support team. I know this is all to prevent people from exploiting gamertag scores but honestly this seems like a huge oversight by xbox that years later still isn't fixed.

 

Achievements bugged after playing offline

I moved to a new apartment and spent a few days playing Diablo offline until the internet got turned on. After I got the internet back, I tried to complete several achievements I had already completed offline again so I could be rewarded on my account, but
even completing them with new heroes does nothing to change the progress towards them or unlocks anything I had already made progress on offline. Please explain how to reset my game save for Diablo completely so I can finally get these glitches achievements.

 

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, you may want to post in the Games and Apps forum for advice, but most of the time all you can do is wait for it to update.
