Achievements not unlocking

For the past few weeks I've not been unlocking any of my achievements, I'm in the Preview Program and have all the latest updates

I've came on here to see what I could do to fix the problem and after doing everything that was suggested nothing has worked.

I've even asked my sister to sign me into her Xbox to see if my achievements would unlock and that didn't work either.

Just earlier I was on the Xbox Preview Dashboard and went to rate the latest update and noticed that my stats didn't go up

Anyone else having the same problem.

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

Patch 1.3

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

Ive had this happen to me before while playing destiny, i completed about 10 acheivements and i they were still saying that they wernt unlocked then i didnt worry about it and eventually they unlocked.

Hey all,

It sounds like you are all in the Preview Program and it would be best to post these concerns in the Preview Program Forums for the best visibility and troubleshooting steps.

To clarify though, you're going to want to work through this guide for Achievement issues while you wait for a response from the Preview Program team.

i switched profiles to see if they would unlock but still nothing when i calle microsoft they said everything was good with my console is there anything i can do to fix this

I too had this issue and still do to this day, It doesn't have anything to do with the preview program and I contacted microsoft several times and did all suggestions asked but in the end I was told its the developers fault contact them. It's now four different
games with all different developers so I didn't take that answer so I emailed Phil Spencer. Here is the email bellow -

Thank you for your time on the phone today. As discussed, there is currently an issue with the system that allows gamers to track achievements. It is not specifically related to the preview programme. Our teams here are already working on resolving this
issue. Although we don't have a timeframe on the resolution, we would just ask for your patience whilst we work on fixing the issue at hand.

To fill in some "blanks". Actually, every Achievement Unlocked has a few methods of the order it appears. If you Unlock an Achievement and view it from your own Profile it will simply show in the order the Achievements were Unlocked.

If you Compare Games with someone else (Friend or not doesn't matter), it will show both the combination of your Achievements and their Achievements but in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s.

If the other Player has Achievements Unlocked that you do not, it will show in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s with yours showing Locked directly across. If you have Achievement/s Unlocked that they do not it will be at the bottom of the Compare Games
in order of which the Achievement/s were Unlocked from your Profile.

I try to unlock achievements but the main rule... If unlock the achievement it's not fun, don't unlocked.

Hey there, BKLortz! To clarify what is going on, are these achievements listed as "Done! Unlocking..." or are they simply not unlocking for you?

We are aware of achievements taking longer than normal to fully unlock. If your achievements simply say that they are unlocking, the only thing you can do is wait for them to fully unlock.

As of right now, the only achievements not unlocked on your account that I can see are Firestarter and 4 Baba Yaga achievements. Are there others that you are missing?
