Achievements not unlocking

I have 8 achievements that won't unlock on Just Cause 3.

They are

MOD Specialist
Unlock every GEAR MOD in a single category.

No Stone Unturned
Find every collectible strewn across Medici.

Remember the Fallen
Light a candle at every Rebel Shrine.

Diary of the Madman
Discover all of Di Ravello's audio tapes.

Old School Cool
Find every vintage weapon and vehicle part.
I also have 4 secret achievements that are showing on my xbox as being 100% like the 4 above which are also showing as 100% complete but remain locked?

I have uninstalled the game and my account, rebooted the console installed every thing again the game has resynced yet the achievements remain locked?

Do I have to start a new game or is there another fix?

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

 

Yeah, many forum members are having problems with the achievements today.

Didn't fancy starting it again. I'm about 93% complete.

 

I had a similar issue playing a different game today. I completed an achievement and it did not pop. I checked on the achievements list and it said "Done! Unlocking" but never action-ed and unlocked. I then completed other achievements and those popped,
but this one still did not. I was affected by the WP achievement issue that was never resolved last year and I hope that this is not microsoft messing up and then not caring again. I have seen several posts today about this issue. Please advise!

 

4 of the 8 are now unlocked? Hopefully the others will unlock soon. I have been playing the game today and achievements have been unlocking as I am doing them. They must have had some kind of glitch yesterday.

 

I just checked for my 4 SW:Battlefront achievements that didn't unlock yesterday and they still haven't popped. I hope a moderator says something about this soon.

 

Same goes for me i have 10 halo 5 achievements 100% unlocking now for 2 days.

would be great to get an official response

 

Yeah, I also have a few locked 100% achievements in Battlefront.

 

I'm playing Fable 3 on Xbox One, I've just unlocked a few achievements but my Gamerscore hasn't altered yet.

Is this a usual issue when playing 360 games on the One?

 

I started having the same problems when I played Rise of the Tomb Raider in December. I beat the game, went to look at the achievements I was missing, and saw I had 6 that wouldn't unlock. They are at 100% but stay locked. Then I bought Outlast a few weeks
ago, beat that, and didn't even get the achievement for beating the game. This is ridiculous. Xbox FIX THIS.

 

I'm trying to get 1000g on Lego Star Wars TCS but disco King will not unlock on the Xbox one or the 360 what do I do have watched a YouTube video and went on trueachievement.com but nope still locked
