Achievements not unlocking

I Metal Gear V to 15% of the game completed and has not yet sado me any achievements, besides, any game that I even make the achievement not unlock whatever you do, delete the cache from the console and did not work, did the steps to help the forum and not
paid off, and not know what else to do because that is not the problem so do not give me any achievements, please need a solution urgently because it hurts so much my game experience and has not worked for me anything , I expect an answe

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

As? I see nothing of what you said, I have not looked at TrueAchievements and I get the Metal Gear you have it when you see the pictures that I played hours and progress

 

This has happened to me before when xbox live was down. In my experience the achievements unlocked once the Live issue was resolved. However I am unaware of any Live down time.
