Achievements not unlocking

I have contacted support and they have redirected me here. I have tried several solutions but all have failed I will attach the chat once I receive the e-mail containing it.

I have tried the following solutions, all failed to work:

-Resetting my xbox

-Deleting then re-downloading my account

-Uninstalling games that achievements failed to unlock on

-Changing my settings from instant on to power saving mode

-Checking my internet connection is working correctly and resetting it

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

 

Patch 1.3

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

josh: Yeah I'm always connected to live through a direct connection

Joshua D: Ok, that is good. It sounds like you have gone through the troubleshooting that the achievements team would want you to go through. Go ahead and click on this following link.

Joshua D: You're welcome, there are a couple things you can do there. If you are signed into your account, you can add a post and then they would respond to you as soon as possible and you can click on that "Achievement Unlocking Issues" link and there would
be a survey there that you can fill out and they can use that too.

I am having the same issue with Achivements not unlocking.

Weirder still, I'm noticing that new games (Witcher 3 during the latest sale and the latest Games with Gold) I've downloaded and attempted to unlock Achievements for are NOT showing up as games I own when checking TrueAchivements.com.

Have tried all the steps from the following guides:

Following this post to see if anything comes of it. A little frustrated as I've got 15+ hours in Witcher 3 and haven't had any progress on any of the achievements register.

 

An addition:

The Witcher 3 doesn't show up in the My Games on my account when I check them here:

account.xbox.com/.../XboxOne

Could that be a reason behind the achievements not popping/registering?

 

Hm my just cause 3 isn't appearing there either.

 

Achievements aren't working for me. Tested MCC and Lego Hobbit. Friend can't either, trying different games.

 

Hi essteekay,

Do you have someone's account set as the "my Home Xbox" account? If yes, you maybe playing this game through game sharing but that doesn't mean you'll not get the achievements.

I am having the exact same issue, and I am getting no assistance from customer service here. I have played for different games of the last day and a half, and I know that I have unlocked achievements in full, but no achievement has been earned or popped
up or posted or whatever you want to call it. I hope they solve this.

I do not. Have never enabled Game Sharing on my account.

I had Support credit back the game and expansion pass and rebought it via the xbox store. The game itself is now at least showing in My Games. Still no achievements popping.

Guess I'm just stuck to continually filling out the survey .

 

I'm in the exact same boat, xbox customer service are useless and i've have spoken to 7 different people, one of which point blank lied to me about my case being reviewed which it wasn't. i've had this problem for 3 months now. it's across all my xbox one
games too, the only thing the achievement app tracks is my game time and nothing else. I really hope they solve this soon because i'm fed up with it now.
