Achievements not unlocking.

For the past month now whenever I complete the task for an achievement it does not unlock at all even after multiple completions of it and following all the troubleshooting options etc.

Any ideas on what to do?

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

Most important you should complete the survey in section 3. After that continue to play normally until the achievements start rolling in.

 

Thanks for the reply, how long does it usually take to hear back from the survey or for the issue to be fixed?

 

For me it was less than 24 hrs. The first achievement conditions I hit after the survey was unlocked and my gamerscore was updated.

 

How long ago was it when your issue was fixed

 

Done the survey myself, got nothing! No response, no achievements unlocked. My first response to the survey was 3 weeks ago. Since then I've completed the survey multiple times,, reporting different achievements I should have unlocked, nothing! Not sure
what the point of the survey is. Is Microsoft even collecting or looking at the data?

 

The survey is sent to the team that works with Achievements. So what you're going to want to do, is keep checking the game for resolution every 72 hours after filling out the survey. Making sure to follow the steps each time before you fill out the survey.

The teams don't contact you directly about the situation, but rest assured that they do investigate.

 

So considering 3 weeks is far longer than 72 hours since I first completed the survey to report an achievement failing to unlock and I still have no resolution to this issue, what am I to conclude about my experience filling out the survey? Multiple times
reporting multiple different achievements failing to unlock. Nothing has come of it. I'm inclined to answer, "the survey is a waste of time."

Sure it sounds polite and expedient to say, "but rest assured that they do investigate," but without any acknowledge of this issue in any form, whether it be in the forums or otherwise, I personally find it hard to believe any action has been taken. I've
seen this issue continue to pop up and I find it frustrating that the only response is: go to this thread, follow the steps, complete a survey. What is the point of the survey if nothing comes of it?
