Achievements not unlocking.

I was playing overwatch and unlocked the acheivement Can't Touch This. It unlocked right away but i looked a hour later it locked back up and took the gamerscore back. it also has done the same to EA Sports UFC 2 (red belt. and knocking opponent out with
a throw.)

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

There is a recognised problem with Xbox One Achievements and Challenges not being awarded properly, and solutions are at the following link:

You have the following options to try:

- Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

- Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
unlocked.

- Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

- Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

- Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.

I have done everything above, and contactEd xbox support via telephone and went through the steps again. So I'm going to wait the 72 hours and go from there but the ufc achievements have been like this for over a month.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble with the achievements. Is there anything else I can do to help you or are you happy to contact support? You can also speak to them in a live chat through this link:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us . You just need to fill your topics in, you may have to sign in but in step 4 you should see the option for 'chat to Microsoft support'.
