Achievements not unlocking

I'm in the xbox one preview programe and i'm playing sacred 3 my achievements arnt showing would anybody be able 2 help me with this problem please !

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

Problems with Xbox One achievements and challenges

After you complete achievements and challenges on your Xbox One, you can claim rewards and raise your gamerscore. To successfully unlock achievements and challenges, you need to make sure the following are true:

You have completed all of the required elements to unlock the achievement.

Note You may have to unlock a combination of achievements.

Your console is connected to Xbox Live.

Challenges must be completed within a set amount of time. You have weeks, months, or just hours to complete the challenge. If you don't complete it within the given timeframe, you won't receive a reward.

You can earn app achievements just for using an app. For example, you can earn achievements by watching a movie on Netflix. These achievements are at the app developer's discretion. App achievements do not affect gamerscore, though they may bring other in-app
rewards.

If you meet the requirements to complete the achievement or challenge, but you don't see the “toast” icon or the achievement isn't listed, try the solutions below.

Solutions

Solution 1: Check your achievement progress on your console

You may not be notified of or see an updated gamerscore right away when you unlock an achievement. The Xbox Live service validates your achievement, which may cause a short delay.

If your gamerscore is not updated online, verify that it's updated locally on your Xbox One console. After your gamerscore is updated on your console, verify that the changes are synchronized on Xbox Live.

To see your achievements on your console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.

Scroll up to the top and select View profile.

Now scroll right to the Achievements tab.

Select the game or app where you want to unlock the achievement.

If the achievement appears under “Your Achievements,” it has already been unlocked.

Select the locked achievement to see the percentage toward completion. The achievement is unlocked when the percentage reaches 100%.

If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronized with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.

Solution 2: Check your achievement progress online

You can check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronized with Xbox Live.

To view your achievements online:

Sign in at xbox.com and select Achievements.

Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronized with Xbox Live, or the achievement was not successfully unlocked.

Solution 3: Ensure you're connected to Xbox Live

If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

To check that you're connected:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Scroll to Network, and then select Network settings.

Select Test network connection.

If you don't see a message confirming that your console is connected to the Internet, you can follow the steps listed in Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution to help troubleshoot your problem.

Solution 4: Restart your console

Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronization on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

To restart your console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.

Select Settings.

Select Restart console.

Select Yes to confirm.

Note If you're unable to access the guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.

Once you've restarted your console, allow up to 72 hours for the synchronization to take place.

Solution 5: Remove and redownload your account

The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account. Here's how:

Remove your account from your console.

Restart your console following the steps listed in Solution 4.

Redownload your account to your console.

Note These steps don't uninstall any games or apps.
