Achievements not unlocking

Hello,

I hope I am posting this in the right area, never used the forum before

For the past couple of months I have been unable to unlock any achievements on my Xbox One. I noticed this after playing through a large part of the story on Witcher 3 and also playing World of Tanks, with all my achievements on 0% when I had clearly met
the criteria for some, or part of the criteria, ie "kill 300 whatever"

I have spoken to a Microsoft representative on the help chat who told me that from his end it appeared that I had not signed in using my profile since May !

I have been using my profile (which automatically signs in on my Xbox whenever I turn it) every time I play and this is always on Xbox live.

I was even signed in playing multiplayer when speaking to the representative and my friend confirmed he could see me online.

What the representative said about it appearing I haven't signed in since May would co-inside with how long the achievements have not been unlocking for.

He was unable to help me further and said the next thing to do would be to take the problem to the forums.

I followed the troubleshoot on Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. which has not been successful. I took the survey at the end but this allows me to only report one achievement but I am having trouble with EVERY achievement.
I am awaiting a response.

If anyone could provide some help I would be grateful, this has become beyond frustrating now !

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, I believe that you may have been misinformed. The fact that the support agent says that his system shows that you haven't signed in since May suggests there may be an issue with your gamertag.

You can try removing your gamertag from the console then hold the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down and finally redownload the tag to the console to see if that helps.

If it doesn't then you may need to contact phone support again for further assistance with the account.
