    Anyway, I have literally tried everything that the forms and support agents. I've removed my account, power cycled, reset the console, everything. Yet I still have achievement issues. I am not sure why Microsoft cannot just go in and unlock them for me since
    they're stuck at the 100% part. This is beyond frustrating and I feel like I am just going in circles with an issue. Why can't Microsoft make this an easy fix?

    Mass Effect 1 achievements not unlocking

    I am replaying mass effect one on my Xbox one. Achievements have not been unlocking for my entire play through. I was told to post here by Xbox support.

    Told to post this here by Xbox Support...

    you would have to contact Bungie only they can handle any Halo based suspensions/bans, not MS, sorry.

    I have the same problem with iron belly mate so annoying they don't want to help and they tell you the same things over and over again

    How long does it take for Microsoft to fix this........ I was told by customer support if I posted on here they would unlock my completed achievement....... I have played the game some more now there are more achievements that will not unlock... any answers.........

    was told by Xbox support that if I posted here, then there highest team will look at it and sort it for me.
    We're all just users/gamers here, so that is incorrect information. From my understanding, the only thing you can do is wait and hope they eventually unlock. I have 4 achievements showing 100% complete on Smartglass that haven't unlocked yet.
