    my achievements are not unlocking . I do the mission or stage , move on to the next one but the previous ones are not unlocking .

    Please help !

    Ps, this has happened on a few games now for me .

    Xbox one achievements not unlocking

    My Xbox one achievement haven't been unlocking since 5.12.2015.. ive done everything in the troubleshoot but still not unlocking. Can you help?

    Halo: Master Chief Collection - Achievements Not Unlocking

    I have been playing the Halo campaign, and while now my achievements are unlocking normally, many of my completed achievements have not unlocked. I would go into the Achievements app, it would show that it was done with a full progress bar, and the words
    "Done! Unlocking. . ." They have been stuck like this for sometime. Will these achievements unlock over time? Or do I have to replay the scenario to get them to unlock?

    Please Help, if you have this problem, or know of a solution to fix them.

    Achievement is stuck at 100% but still locked.

    I'm having the same problem with an achievement in Far Cry 4. It's been "Done! Unlocking..." for a month now. I think the achievement unlocked during a partial service outage. I've tried a hard restart of my console several times as some have suggested,
    but that hasn't done anything.

    Widespread achievement issue with Dark Souls III

    I have 4 achievements currently in a "Done...Unlocking state" specifically for Dark Souls 3, having done twice and triple the requirements needed to achieve the unlocks. It's beyond frustrating now and serves as a nuclear bomb for my OCD. I'd really really
    like this to be fixed...I've already tried all the basic "tricks" to force the achievements to unlock. Nothing is working...FYI these achievements have been in this current state since before official release date of DS3 in the United States.

    No more achievement pop up notifications since update?

    Every time I unlock a achievement it just says "Done, unlocking..." WTF is that supposed to mean?!?!?! It's been 4 days so far and it hasnt unlocked YET!

    In the same boat I have 2 achievements for Halo 1 that are stuck at the "Done! Unlocking" been like that since last Wednesday.
