Achievements not unlocking: Telltales The Walking dead Definitive Edition

i recently bought the telltale walking dead definitive edition because it is on sale and you unlock and achievement when you complete each episode. I completed the 1st episode and got my achievement but after completing the 2nd episode it hasnt given me
the achievement.

It seems my only option is to fix the issue or restart the ENTIRE episode (since definitive edition does not have checkpoints you can go back to once you have completed the episode... with Covid-19 support channels are understandably overrun so im hoping
someone here knows a quick way to fix this issue myself

did you manage to get the achievments unlocked in the end ? I seem to be hsving the same issue as you

I have also encounted this issue. Achievements all unlocked fine for season 1,400 days & michonne. But egen i started season 2 after completing the first part it showed the players choices but no achievement. Ive started the next chapter2 to see if it pops
no luck neither by restarting chaper1 again no luck.

can anyone help ? Ive even reset the xbox with no luck

Yes things are a little busy one can say but your question will be handled as quickly as deemed possible. On of our many volunteers will be able to solve your issue so please be patient. In the meanwhile have you tried to restart your machine and check
for updates just as a preliminary measure. Are there any outstanding issues with the servers etc. Sometimes the synchronization of the achievements can take 72 hours to tally. Also you can check this link for additional information which may explain this

No i havent :/ ive kinda given up for now cos the support teams are all overrun during corona virus so i was planning to just wait it out... i havent played the game in a while but ill come back here if I get any updates for you

I would give it a bit and perhaps start the next chapter. You can try a power cycle to see if it unlocks but there is a chance the tracking is just delayed.
