Achievements not unlocking... Sometimes.

Hi so this is a really long and convoluted issue that doesn't make any sense, and I haven't been able to find anyone with a similar problem.

I have recently just gotten internet again, and was going through my games trying to get achievements, but nothing was unlocking. I made sure to do very straightforward achievements just to make sure that I had completed them and they weren't unlocking.

However, after playing about half a dozen games, I finally played one that unlocked achievements. Then another, but no more.

I tried power cycling, signing in and out, removing my profile, leaving the Xbox off for 24 hours, waiting over 72 hours for everything to resync, factory reset my Xbox, reinstalling the games. Nothing has worked. Xbox support told me to just post on the
forums because they can't do anything. I also set up a new profile on the Xbox and it couldn't get achievements either when I tried.

So far, the games that achievements have not unlocked when they've been accomplished are: Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, Just Cause 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Cluster Truck, Letter Quest, Stardew Valley, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Diablo III. Might be forgetting
a couple.

Achievements have unlocked in: Owlboy and The Force Unleashed for the 360.

I'm having Achievement unlocking issues

There is no such thing as an "achievement ambassador".

Do you own a smart phone? Sometimes, when there are issues with achievements not unlocking, you can check on Smartglass and it will say "Done Unlocking", meaning you've done what's required for the achievement, it is just stuck in a queue.

Trying to get the achievement for learn from the tapes but it's not unlocking and sometimes the replays aren't even displaying correctly. HELP!!!!

Try to disconnect your internet from the Xbox itself, reset your router/modem, and then connect back to the internet on your Xbox. After you do this, see if the achievements start to unlock, or try to earn an easy achievement to see if any achievements unlock.

Like I said in my post, I already tried disconnecting my Xbox and left it disconnected for over a day, and tried to get the achievements again. Xbox support already sent me here because they somehow cannot help.
