Achievements Not Unlocking since October update

Hello all,

Since the recent update, none of my achievements are unlocking. I was playing Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition, and a few achievements wouldn't pop. Then I switched over to Forza Horizon 2, and achievements would not unlock on this game either. I believe
it is to do with the recent update, as up to this point achievements were unlocking just fine.

Any support or insight would be greatly appreciated; thanks.

Achievement not unlocked

I'm currently interested in getting support for a battlefield 1 achievement not unlocking.

I am rank 93 and the corporal achievement is not unlocking.

It is supposed to unlock after reaching rank 10 but it has not unlocked for me and I've been playing since October 2016

 

Achievements not unlocking

same here. last few Fallout 4 achievements not unlocking.

All since new dashboard update.

Sorry to hear about the achievement issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps if you haven't already to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, try Removing your profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
  
• Wait 5 minutes and then power on your console.
  
• Add your profile to your Xbox One console again and check in the Achievements Tile to see if any achievements have popped.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know how it goes. Keep in mind, in some instances, achievements may take up to 24 hours to unlock. For more information on this, check out our Xbox

Thanks for the tip, however this did not fix any of my problems. I also tried resetting to factory defaults, re-installing updates as well re-installing my game(s), and re-adding my profile. Nothing has worked so far.

 

It has also been more than 24 hours now, still achievements are failing to unlock.

Sorry to hear that the issue continues after trying the suggested steps. Are you experiencing this issue with specific games or all games? I was able to verify on your profile that an achievement has unlocked in In Forza Horizon 2, 1 day ago.
