Achievements Not Unlocking Since August Update?

Hi there.

I noticed on the 15th of this month that despite completing the single player of 'Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition' 100% I didn't receive any achievements.

So I did a little snooping online and it seemed like other people were complaining about the same thing so I just put it down to it being a problem with the game and hoped it would rectify itself in time.

However two nights ago I was playing 'Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments' and I completed the first chapter. No achievement!

So my problem isn't localised to just Tomb Raider.

I have since followed the advice from Support regarding the Power Cycle and deleting my profile but it still hasn't fixed the issue. I know this because after implementing their advice I tested everything by completed a simple Achievement in 'Sleeping Dogs:
Definitive Edition'... still no achievement!

Unlike other people in this forum complaining about their Achievements not unlocking, gamers who's system shows that they have unlocked the Achievement but it hasn't 'popped' onscreen, my Xbox One isn't even showing the Achievement as unlocked... it's still
greyed out onscreen.

There may be more but following are all Achievements that I have definitely done and should have unlocked but haven't been:-

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition

Now after looking through my Achievements online I can see that the last one that was successfully acknowledged and recorded was on the 29th of July, the day before the latest Xbox System update. That can't be a coincidence?!

Does anyone know how to resolve this correctly? And why aren't Microsoft admitting that this issue exists? They seem to be quite dismissive of it.

My Xbox one achievement haven't been unlocking since 5.12.2015.. ive done everything in the troubleshoot but still not unlocking. Can you help?

If they don't work try a factory reset of your console,don't worry,you can now reset it without deleting all your installed content now.

If that still doesn't work then you need to fill out the survey in section 3 of the page I linked.

 

Like I said in my original post, I have tried all of that.

I haven't tried the Factory Rest though so I guess I will try that next. Thanks.

 

Im having the same issue, ive tried on the family xbox one and was able to unlock achievements but on my xbox one i cannot unlock any achievements

 

Same problem here. For example the easiest achievement kill 50 people with the bow and didn't get that.
