achievements not unlocking requesting assistance

hi i was directed here by an xbox support officer to rectify this problem iv played halo MCC and played all the campaigns on legendary done them all but one iv finished it but the achievement wont unlock its currrently stuck at 30% its the living legend
achievement now iv done all the missions on legendary to do it on halo MCC it says so but my achievements and halo waypoint progress say otherwise i was instructed and told that the xbox achievement department would be able to manually put in the achievement
on your servers since i have done it im requesting a xbox achievement department officer to email me or contact me in any way to fix this problem cause i have done it and iv completed the campaign three times now to get it done doing all the prerequisites
to do so and nothing
