Achievements not unlocking, progress frozen

Several achievements that should have unlocked have not unlocked and unlike before they are not even showing "done... Unlocking". It just shows them as locked. I've tested it over a couple of games and achievements are not unlocking on either. I've already
hard reset it, and I did the steps where I remove my profile and redownload it but they are still not unlocking or showing signs of unlocking down the road. Everything seems frozen almost. Any ideas guys?

Xbox Video Achievement, from 42% Progress to 7%?

Im having same problem with the progress of my achievements all back to 0% plus achievements not unlocking

Wolfenstein The Old Blood achievement glitched out.

Typo correction, should have read -

"The achievement progress tracker in the app shows 100% but still says it's LOCKED and not even in the progress of unlocking."

Settings>Network settings>Advanced>Alternate MAC>Clear then it will want to restart. that seems to do wonders for me. Hope it helps.

Some only unlock with game progression apart from one I think you need to be in the winter season to cross a frozen lake to get to an island.

Same my achievement progress reset and can't unlock achievements.

I'm having that problem too. My progress is frozen at 71% but the game achievements say I found all the orbs in all regions

GamerScore -- unlocked achievements within games... i.e. progress further in Hexic and you may achieve/unlock and gain a greater score
